Maintenance, upgrades, security actions, third-party outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability. AdsRotor may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
10. No guaranteed results
Advertising performance depends on many external factors. AdsRotor does not guarantee specific outcomes, including impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, profitability, fill rates, approval of campaigns, or traffic volume. All performance metrics are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to validation adjustments.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdsRotor and its affiliates, directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AdsRotor ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit our website, create an account, or otherwise interact with our advertising platform and related services.
By using the Service and providing personal data, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where required by law, we will request separate consent for specific processing activities.
1. Who we are
AdsRotor operates a performance advertising network for publishers and advertisers. For privacy-related inquiries, contact:
Depending on how you interact with the Service, we may collect:
Contact details: email address, messenger username, or other contact identifiers you provide
Account information: display name, company name, or login identifiers
Communication content: messages you send us in support channels
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and basic usage logs
Campaign and integration data necessary to provide advertising services
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data unless you voluntarily provide them and we have a lawful basis to process them.
3. How we use personal data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
Creating, authenticating and maintaining user accounts
Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
Operating, moderating and improving advertising campaigns and platform features
Sending service notifications about account activity, onboarding, campaign status, or technical updates
Detecting fraud, abuse and security incidents
Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Use
Sending product updates or commercial information where you have given consent or where permitted by law
4. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable data protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:
Your consent
Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract
Legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Service, balanced against your rights
Compliance with legal obligations
5. Communications
We may contact you by email or messenger regarding your account, campaigns, moderation decisions, technical issues, or billing. Marketing or promotional messages are sent only where allowed by law and, where required, based on your opt-in consent. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Data may be deleted or anonymized when:
It is no longer needed for the original purpose
You request deletion and no overriding legal basis requires retention
You withdraw consent where consent was the sole legal basis
Retention is no longer required for security, accounting, or dispute resolution
7. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention, or payment processing. These providers may process data only on our instructions and for the limited purpose of delivering their services to AdsRotor.
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, regulatory request, or to protect the rights, safety and integrity of AdsRotor, our users and the public.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
Request access to personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Request deletion of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing activities
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Opt out of marketing communications
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise these rights, contact adsrotor@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
The site stores in your browser only what it needs to work: the language you picked and the fact that you have read the notice at the bottom of the page. After you sign in, a session cookie is added — without it the site cannot tell that it is still you between two pages. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first and give you a way to refuse. You can clear all of it through your browser at any time; the site keeps working, it will simply forget your language.
12. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this Policy regularly.
14. Contact
For privacy-related questions or requests, contact adsrotor@gmail.com or @adsrotor. Our office is located at Office 1408, Al Moosa Tower 2, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.
15. Registration and sign-in
Creating an account is the only place where we ask you for personal data directly. There is no contact form on the site: if you just want to ask something, write to us in Telegram or by email — the contacts are at the bottom of every page, and nothing is stored on our side.
What we receive at sign-up: your email address, your messenger and handle there, the company name if you enter one, your role (buying or selling traffic) and a password
The password is stored only as a hash — we cannot read it, and we never ask for it in messages
Why: to create and run your account, to let you sign in, and to reach you about it
On what basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the sign-up form, and the steps needed to enter into and perform an agreement with you
How long: while the account exists, and up to 12 months after it is closed — except for what accounting and tax rules require us to keep longer
After signing in, your browser keeps a session cookie. It is technical: without it the site cannot tell that it is still you between two pages
We store which version of the consent text you accepted and when. That record exists so that both sides can tell later what exactly was agreed to.
16. Withdrawing consent and deleting the account
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without explaining why: write to adsrotor@gmail.com or to @adsrotor in Telegram from the address or account linked to your profile.
Once consent is withdrawn we stop processing the data and delete it within 30 days, together with the account. What the law requires us to keep — settlement and accounting records, for instance — stays for the period it prescribes, and nothing else. Withdrawal does not make the processing that happened before it unlawful.
17. For users in Russia
If you are in Russia, Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" applies to the processing described above. Under it:
The basis for processing data you enter at sign-up is your consent (art. 6 § 1(1)) together with the steps needed to enter into an agreement with you
The processing consists of collection, recording, storage, use and deletion by automated means
You may request access to your data, its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent (art. 14, art. 21)
We answer such requests within 30 days of receiving them
You may also complain to Roskomnadzor, the supervisory authority for personal data
If you would rather not create an account, write to us in Telegram or by email — the contacts are at the bottom of every page. A message in a messenger is not stored in our systems.

Consent to the processing of personal data
This is the full text of the consent you give by ticking the box in the sign-up form. It is published separately so that it can be read before creating an account, and not only after.
By ticking the box and submitting the sign-up form, I give AdsRotor my free, specific, informed and conscious consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
Who processes the data
AdsRotor, Office 1408, Al Moosa Tower 2, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE. Contact for anything related to personal data: adsrotor@gmail.com, Telegram @adsrotor.
Which data
My email address; my messenger and my handle there; the company name, if I enter one; my role — buying or selling traffic; and my password, which is stored only as a hash.
For what purpose
To create and maintain my account, to let me sign in, to run the services I use through it, and to contact me about that account. For no other purpose.
What is done with it
Collection, recording, systematisation, storage, retrieval, use and deletion, by automated means. The data is not published, not sold, and not passed to third parties for their own purposes.
For how long
While the account exists and up to 12 months after it is closed, or until I withdraw my consent — whichever comes first. Records that accounting and tax rules require are kept for the period those rules prescribe.
How to withdraw it
By a message to adsrotor@gmail.com or to @adsrotor. No form and no explanation is required. Processing stops and the data is deleted within 30 days of the withdrawal.
Marketing is separate
This consent does not cover advertising or newsletters. Those are sent only with a separate opt-in, and refusing it has no effect on the account or on the services.
Consent version 1.0 · in force since August 18, 2026
Cookies and similar technologies: we use only what the site needs to work. No analytics, no advertising.
Details are in the Privacy Policy.
